Step-1: Name reservation of Company –
The applicant confirms on the MCA site that company chosen name is
Present on the MCA Company name search website. If the name is
Approved it will be reserved for 20 days during which the company
Must submit the incorporation. It can be extended for further 20 days
By filling an extension request.
To be file SPICE Form + Part-A with Fees Rs.1000.
Step-2: Obtain DSC (Digital Signature)-
Director can apply for a DSC from licensed certifying authorities such
As eMudhra, Sify, or NSDL. The DSC can be obtained online by
Submitting the required documents.
Step-3: Apply for DIN (Director Identification Number)
There are 2 ways to apply DIN.
1.File form DIR -3.
2. File with SPICe +INC Form (required in up to three director).
A passport size photo, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and a self-attested copy of their address proof are needed for DIN. DIN apply through MCA website online.
Step -4: Check for Name availability & implement it--
The applicant Must also submit an RUN application to the reserve the desired name and pay application fees to Central registration Center when company for changing its existing name.
Step-5: File e-MOA & e-AOA-
e-MOA- Form INC-33
e-AOA- Form INC-34.
Step-6: File the SPICe Form -
FORM INC-32 is used for single application for name reservations, new
Company incorporation, DIN application PAN application and TAN
Application this from is accompanied by supporting documents
Like MOA, AOA, a list of directors and subscribers etc.
Step-7: Apply for PAN or TAN of the Company.

Form 49B- TAN Application Form.
Step-8: Submit the Certificate issued by the ROC.
Step-9: Open a Current Account for the Company.
Step-10: Submit Form INC-35 or Form AGILE with ROC to register for GST, ESIC and EPFO all at once.
